Northaven partnered with the CEO to acquire Airway Services, which provides recurring maintenance services on Wind Turbines. Based in San Angelo, Airway Services was the largest independent stand alone wind turbine maintenance firm in the country specializing in recurring scheduled maintenance and providing all wind turbine maintenance services from the foundation up. Airway Services was purchased by Apollo’s renewable energy platform, Takkion, in September 2021.

Northaven backed the management team with growth capital at Sunbelt Waterproofing & Restoration, which provides exterior commercial waterproofing, restoration, and preservation services in Texas.

Northaven partnered with the CEO and founder to provide growth capital to Elite Tooling Services. Elite provides mobile tooling repair, inspection and calibration services to the wind and infrastructure industries.
